PASTURE LANE This project consisted of the demolition of the former Cooper & Roe factory in Ruddington, Nottingham, to facilitate a new housing development by Persimmon Homes. Traditional demolition methods were employed to demolish the (predominantly) single-storey north-light structures, and a very high proportion of materials were recovered for re-use.
The remaining hard materials were processed on site and incorporated into the new construction by the client
