ASBESTOS REMOVAL Asbestos Removal goes hand in hand with demolition, and is a requirement on a high proportion of our Contracts. The removal works are carried out in strict accordance with HSE Licensing requirements, and the materials are disposed of according to the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005. If a Type 3 (“pre-demolition”) survey has not been produced, we will insist on one as directed in the CDM Regulations 1994. If such a survey is required, we have the necessary resources in-house to carry one out and compile the findings into a Survey Report. |
