Wrightways Limited was established in 1972 as a Demolition & Building Supplies Company.
The company became a member of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors (N.F.D.C.) in 1978 and began operating a licensed Asbestos Removal division in 1980. At this time it was deemed appropriate to join the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (A.R.C.A.).
In 1990 the company moved from it’s City Centre headquarters to it’s present purpose built two acre site, at which it now operates a Licenced Transfer Station (including the transfer/disposal of special/hazardous waste).
The company carries Employers Liability and Public Liability insurance of £10 million and £5 million respectively, with the facility to increase cover if a particular project requires it.
Our client base is predominantly Midlands based, and is spread evenly between Local Authorities, Architect/Consultancy practices and National/Local Construction Contractors. We have the resources however, to work nation-wide, and do so whenever a particular client/project requires us to do so.
We have the back up of our in-house Plant & Transport
division which operates a fleet of modern tracked and wheeled excavators, along with road transport including our roll on/off Skip Hire business.
All of our Demolition/Asbestos Removal/Site Clearance projects are carried out in accordance with the C.D.M. regulations, and we have the capabilities to act as Principal Contractor or Planning Supervisor if necessary.
